PLEAE SELECT YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS .

All Innokin Endura T18 & T22 are covered by our return policy.

If you are unhappy with your Innokon Endura T18 or T22 and the original package is NOT OPENED your item can be returned for a full refund of purchase cost , minus shipping. 

All other products do have some restrictions.

All E Liquids are NOT REFUNDABLE 


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items have to be returned before the 7th day of recieving items and after speaking with our friendly team.

Returners are to be shipped to

HOW do customers return items?
Returned items are to be well package to avoid transport damage,  include a copy of purchase invioce , return address and phone number or email address.

SHIPPING for returns?
If purchsed using PayPal , Paypal with cover returned shipping cost.

All other points of sale ,it is the purchasers own cost to return item.



CREDIT for returns?

A fully refund will be issued on Innokin T18 & T22s if the problem is a manufacturors fault.

All other refundable items will be issued a in store credit
